What’s Snugg all about?
At Snugg, we believe that making your home energy efficient should be simple and affordable.
But too many people find the process of researching and improving their home’s efficiency to be complicated and expensive.
That's why we're building an easy-to-use online platform that does the hard work for you.
Where did the idea come from?
Before Snugg, our CEO and co-founder Robin Peters helped set up the digital arm of a large insurer. But getting a quote for insurance can be a long and painful process. So Robin’s team combined data science with intuitive user experience design to make the process feel almost effortless. Now, Robin and the Snugg team are aiming to do the same for home energy efficiency. And it’s why our company values include keeping things simple and innovating for growth.
Like many parents, Robin has watched his two daughters grow up with climate change causing them a great deal of anxiety. And as an engineer, Robin’s excited by the idea of trying to solve big problems. So one of the key goals of Snugg is to develop an easy-to-use platform that will help speed up the UK’s transition to net zero carbon emissions.
The result of these experiences? With just a postcode, we’ll help you build a personalised plan to cut your fuel bills and work towards the net zero challenge.
